Appointment & Booking Policies

Please review all policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies are strictly enforced to protect our time and provide every client with a smooth, professional experience.

Deposits & Payments

A $25 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required when booking any esthetic service.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

The remaining balance is due at the appointment and may be paid by cash, card, or Apple Pay.

If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount. Change is not available.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, service, or appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within the cancellation window stated during booking will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

A $15 rescheduling fee applies each time an appointment is rescheduled.

To reschedule, please text 301-580-7408. Your appointment will not be moved until the rescheduling fee has been paid.

Your original deposit will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

Repeated cancellations, failure to pay applicable fees, or failure to follow these policies may result in being prohibited from booking future appointments.

No-Call/No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without contacting us is considered a no-call/no-show. Your card on file will be charged the full remaining balance of the scheduled service, and you will no longer be permitted to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals

A maximum grace period of 15 minutes is provided.

Late arrivals may have their service shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client.

A $25 late fee may apply to arrivals within the grace period.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit and rescheduling fee will be required.

Please understand that arriving late does not guarantee that the full service can be completed.

Appointment Changes

Appointment types cannot be changed on the day of your appointment. Any changes, including switching from a bikini wax to a Brazilian wax or adding additional services, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointment changes are subject to availability and must allow enough time for the requested service. Same-day additions or substitutions are not guaranteed.

Guest Policy

To maintain a private, peaceful, and professional environment, additional guests, children, and pets are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service or are a required caregiver.

Arriving with an unauthorized guest may result in cancellation of your appointment and a charge for the full service amount.

Waxing Policies & Preparation

Menstrual Cycles

Intimate waxing appointments cannot be performed while you are experiencing your menstrual cycle. You will need to cancel and book a new appointment through the website with a new deposit. Please plan your appointment accordingly.

Hair-Growth Requirements

Hair must be approximately one-quarter inch long, or about the length of a grain of rice, for the wax to properly adhere.

Discontinue shaving, tweezing, using depilatory creams, or any other hair-removal method for at least four weeks before your appointment.

Hair that is too short may prevent the service from being completed successfully.

Waxing Preparation

For at least 24 hours before your appointment:

Do not use exfoliating scrubs, acids, brightening serums, or other exfoliating products on the treatment area.

Do not apply oils, lotions, deodorant, numbing cream, or similar products to the area being waxed.

Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, and activities that may irritate the skin.

Please disclose the use of tretinoin, tazarotene, adapalene, Accutane/isotretinoin, antibiotics, steroids, prescription skincare, chemical peels, or other medications that may affect the skin. Failure to disclose this information could result in skin lifting, irritation, injury, or cancellation of the service.

Personal Hygiene

Clients must shower before their waxing appointment and arrive with the vaginal, bikini, and bottom areas thoroughly clean.

If proper hygiene requirements are not met, the service will be discontinued. The remaining balance will still be due, and the client may be prohibited from booking future appointments.

Facial Policies & Preparation

Before your facial appointment:

Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing.

Please secure or cover your hair.

Remove facial piercings and earrings whenever possible.

You may arrive with or without makeup. Your skin will be properly cleansed as part of your treatment.

Avoid strong at-home treatments, chemical peels, and other intensive facial treatments for at least one week beforehand.

Discontinue exfoliating acids, scrubs, retinoids, and other potentially irritating products as instructed before your appointment.

Avoid tanning and prolonged sun exposure for at least five days before your facial.

Please know the names of the skincare products and medications you currently use. Bringing photos of your products is encouraged.

Before your service begins, disclose any allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, recent procedures, active infections, cold sores, open wounds, sunburn, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment.

Your service may be modified, postponed, or canceled if your skin is compromised or if the requested treatment is not considered safe for you.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies. Exceptions will not be made. Your cooperation allows us to provide a safe, organized, and professional experience for every client.
